Fan Experience Manager
The San Francisco 49ers are moving into the new Santa Clara stadium in 2014 and we are looking for an ambitious manager to lead the execution of an ambitious vision for our fan experience. This position is based in the Santa Clara facility and requires the ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Hire, train, and build a culture of exceptional guest service at the new Santa Clara stadium
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of service for all 49ers fans
• Implement a data-driven fan feedback system to measure the impact of various fan experience initiatives
• Identify and execute opportunities for new fan experience initiatives
• Lead fan and fan service team feedback programs that will include focus groups, surveys, and other market research
• Develop and oversee a cross-functional fan experience evaluation and planning process
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of guest service management experience at a leading hotel/resort, cruise line, theme park, or sports venue required
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading 4-year university
• Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and external service partners
• A positive leader, who displays a passion for their craft, an openness to learning, and a superior work ethic
