REPORTS TO: Digital Media Manager
Applicants please note, this is a Season long internship.
DURATION: September 1, 2012– February 2013 (End of Season)
DUTIES:
• Primary responsibilities include filming, editing and post-production work for TV49 and 49ers.com
• Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and a basic understanding of Photoshop is required
• Proficient with motion graphics, including Adobe After Effects
• Assist with publishing videos, photos and stories to 49ers.com, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
• Good working knowledge of video equipment and emerging technologies
• Assist with Training Camp operational needs, organizational needs, etc.
• Organize and distribute marketing and ticket sales collateral throughout the Bay Area
EXPECTATIONS: The following contributions are required of the 49ers Website Video intern:
• A professional approach in all interactions with fans, corporate partners, fellow 49ers staff members and 49ers players and coaches
• Responsible for providing their own housing in the Bay Area
• Punctuality and accountability is essential for all aspects of intern role
• Must be able to work evening and/or weekend hours if necessary
COMPENSATION:
• Interns are paid CA minimum wage.
• This position is located in Santa Clara, CA
